For event registration Vermont Municipal Clerks' and Treasurers' Association offers refunds for cancellation when requested at least 7 days prior to the event; please contact the VMCTA President. We do not offer refunds for membership.

Join us as we celebrate VMCTA's 90th anniversary at the annual conference at Sugarbush Resort.
Please note that a full schedule will be published on the VMCTA website by August 7th. Registration after August 10th will incur a $30 late fee. Registration closes August 21st; we will not be able to accept additional registrants after that date. THERE IS NO DAY-OF REGISTRATION.
The Wednesday class sessions will run from 8:45am to 5:15pm and will include both of the mandatory classes for Clerks and Treasurers.
The Thursday sessions will run from 8:45am to 3:30pm.
Check-in opens at 8am both Wednesday and Thursday.
THIS IS A TRACKLESS REGISTRATION. When concurrent sessions are offered, you may attend either the Clerk or Treasurer track. Remember that in order to get credit for a session you must (1) sign that session's attendance sheet and (2) successfully complete the associated Flexiquiz. All Flexiquiz links will be e-mailed to registrants on the Friday after the annual conference - if you missed a link during the conference, please wait for that e-mail.
