Certifications

The VMCTA offers various levels of certification for both Clerks and Treasurers:

• Certification - CVC (Certified Vermont Clerk) or CVT (Certified Vermont Treasurer)                    
• Advanced Certification –Advanced Level 1                
• Advanced Certification – Cum Laude                                  
• Advanced Certification – Magna Cum Laude              
• Advanced Certification – Summa Cum Laude

Sponsorships

Sponsorship support is crucial to VMCTA’s purpose of supporting Municipal Clerks and Treasurers across the state, by offering avenues for them to develop relationships, exchange ideas, hold educational opportunities, encourage uniformity in carrying out duties, forward professionalism in our roles, and for the review and introduction of legislation.  Our Sponsorship program has been updated this year.  Sponsorship runs for the calendar year and there are varying levels of support you may offer the Association.  Thank you for your generous contributions to the VMCTA.
